Rob and his wife Kim own Crossed Arrows Services, LLC and Wyoming Real Estate School. Rob is the the Responsible Broker for Crossed Arrows Real Estate Services and the instructor for all the courses at the Wyoming Real Estate School.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern New Mexico University in Criminal Justice and History. Rob worked in the Criminal Justice field for a while and found that he enjoyed teaching and training others. His kids tell him that he loves to lecture!
Rob began his Real Estate Career in 2012 and he started his own brokerage in 2019. Rob is not just real estate agent, He is a Real Estate Instructor. Rob is one of three instructors based in Wyoming that teach the pre-license real estate courses required to get a license in Wyoming. He was the first to provide all of the required courses online. Kimberly Murray
Co-Owner and Office Manager
Kim is the co-owner of Crossed Arrows Services, LLC and the Office Manager. She handles the day to day operations of the office and sees to it that all the bills get paid. She is awesome at coming up with new ideas for and evaluating market trends.

Shaylin Stein
Licensed Real Estate Agent
Shaylin recently graduated from the University of Wyoming with degrees in Agricultural Business and Animal & Veterinary Science. She spends her time exploring the mountains and involved in the equine industry showing her horse in ranch horse versatility. Shaylin currently lives in Cheyenne with her energetic dog and talented horse. She is excited to be joining the brokerage and eager to help people find their dream homes.
