Property Management

We manage over 70 units in Cheyenne, mainly apartments, a few single-family homes and mobile homes. Most of the apartments that we manage include utilities and some even have complimentary Wi-Fi.  Except for the few single-family homes that we manage, we take care of all the yard maintenance, snow removal etc.

All our properties require an application for each adult that will be residing in the residence. Our application fee is $40 which covers the credit check and criminal background check.
