Lunch with an Exclusive Buyer’s Agent
If you’ve never eaten at The Albany, you’re in for a treat.
But first we need to get one thing straight – there’s no such thing as a free lunch.
I’m buying.
It’s not a timeshare sales pitch or a group seminar.
It’s you and me sitting down for lunch.
So why am I buying?
Because you’re getting serious about buying a house.
I believe you should have an agent you trust.
Trust cannot be bought. It must be grown. Lunch seemed like a good place to start.
I have promised you no sales pitch. So there will be no sales pitch; or there will be no trust.
Bring me your questions. I promise you straight answers.
Let’ start with this one: “How do you get paid?” In most cases a Buyer’s Agent’s commission to be paid by the seller at closing, which means working with us doesn’t cost a penny out of your pocket.
As a Brokerage, we decided to commit ourselves to Buyers – and only Buyers. We are the only NAEBA Member Exclusive Buyer’s Agency in Cheyenne.
…actually, in all of Wyoming.

Members of NAEBA do not accept listings, advertise properties for sale, or represent sellers at any time. NAEBA members work under a defined CODE OF ETHICS and STANDARDS OF PRACTICE.
We believe your Broker should be on your side, and only your side.

A word from our founder, Rob:
“In real estate school they teach you about being a fiduciary. They explain to you that a fiduciary is a person that holds a legal or ethical relationship with another person. They also explain that being a fiduciary means placing your client’s best interest above your own. You can make a great speech about this to deliver in a classroom. You can even talk about it in a boardroom or an office easily, but when your bank account is low, and the only way you can pay the bills is when your client sells or buys a house things become a little more difficult.
This brokerage does not rely strictly on sales to pay the bills. We have a successful property management business and well as a real estate school. Our primary focus is to look after our clients’ best interests, always. If we can’t do the job that our clients deserve then we will refer them to another brokerage that can.”

We believe that it is better to prove what type of business you conduct by your actions, rather than by your words.
We believe that you never make a promise to anyone if you cannot keep it. If you realize that you can’t keep a promise, you say so now, not later.

“Only you can do the right thing. No one is going to do it for you.”
