I know, I know… there’s no such thing as a free lunch.
That’s true. I’m buying.
It’s not a timeshare sales pitch or a group seminar.
It’s you and me sitting down for lunch.
Why am I buying?
Because you’re itching to explore houses, look around, and wonder “Who would paint a kitchen THAT color??” The truth is, there are things that matter and things that don’t. You can always re-paint.
I believe you should have an agent you trust.
I can’t buy your trust. I have to earn it. Lunch seemed like a good place to start.
You have questions. Maybe they feel silly, or naïve, but they’re not. I promise you straight answers in plain English.
Let’ start with this one: “How do you get paid?” In most cases a Buyer’s Agent’s commission is paid by the seller at closing, which means working with us doesn’t cost a penny out of your pocket.

Our primary focus is to look after our clients’ best interests, always. If we can’t do the job that our clients deserve then we will refer them to another brokerage that can.”
